If you no longer require an unused product you bought, or you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we require is that you send your items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton. Please send email operation@ultipower.com.au about any request of items you’d like to return.
